Established in 2005, our Firm specializes in state-by-state licensing of collection agencies/debt collectors and third party administrators. Our Firm is counsel to a number of U.S. and international clientele providing business process outsourcing, debt collection and third party administrator insurance services to many major U.S. companies.
| We can obtain and maintain collection agency licenses in the approximately thirty-four (34) different U.S. states where such a license is required. We can also obtain and maintain third party administrator licenses in the approximately forty-one (41) different U.S. states where such a license is required. Additionally, we can review the activities of a collection agency to determine whether or not an exemption from application of federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”) or state collection agency licensing laws, where applicable, may be available.
